Border Gardening

"Border Gardening" is intended to represent the Buffalo Horticulture ideals as a "Design and Build Landscape Construction and Garden Care Service". It is soft, or hopes to be, and writes with a voice for those in search of value(s) in and from the landscape.

Bioretention cell at Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus - Plant list and Images

Built in the late fall and early winter of 2012, the bioretention cell at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will on average capture 3,740,000 gallons of stormwater runoff annually.
Each gallon prevented from entering the storm sewer and either infiltrating back into the ground water or transpiring back into the atmosphere through the plants that follow.

These images are put together as a record for those who need to maintain the plantings.
